Champagne grower Valerie Frison retired in 2018 leaving the winery Val Frison to her son, Thomas de Marne.  In 2020, Thomas officially took over the winery. His first wine, Holistique, is now available.

Organic farming began in 2007 on 6ha of vineyards around the town of Ville-Sur-Arce in the Cote des Bar. The land is mainly planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soil.

In the cellar, the wine ferments naturally in used barriques with SO2 is added after the malolactic fermentation. The Champagne are NV but are always from a single harvest.
