Aux Ardents is the micro-domain run by husband-and-wife team Thomas & Mylène, nestled in Beaujolais (with much of their land in the Brouilly cru) where they cultivate 2.5 hectares of Gamay vines. They work organically using indigenous yeasts, whole-cluster fermentation, and minimal to no added sulfites. Their portfolio includes the 3 cuvées: Apache, Margot, and Fauve.  The soils range from pink granite in Brouilly to sandstone and schist in their Beaujolais Villages plots.

Aux Ardents makes precise yet expressive natural reds. Over time, Aux Ardents has embraced regenerative farming practices.  They’ve planted hedges, agroforestry trees, and even maintain beehives and a small pond to enhance biodiversity.
