Cristiana & Riccardo Meggiolaro run their Veneto farm located between the two provinces of Verona and Vicenza in the middle of the volcanic hills of

Ronca. The first harvest was in 2008.  They quickly shifted to farming organically in 2009 and became certified a few years later.

Today, they farm 2ha. as naturally as possible.  So much so that in the most difficult years any kind of adjuvant treatment is absolutely banned.

The wines come from indigenous grapes that are in tune with the energies and peculiarities of the land. The volcanic soil gives fantastic minerality and sapid taste, while the specific microclimate provides a rich bouquet. The area is called Durello and is situated in the hills of Soave. This is a sub-appellation though not yet delimited to grow Durello. Durello is high acid driven grape which is really suited for siui lieveti and traditional method.
